Red Yeast Rice Extract Powder is also called Red Kojic Rice Powder, is pure natural fermentation, main active ingredient is Monacolin-K.
The purple red Aspergillus rapidly multiplies at 28~32 degrees, and after fermentation for about 4 days, the temperature is changed to a low temperature fermentation environment of 25~29 degrees to start metabolizing Monacolin K.
The red Aspergillus is deactivated at high temperature, and finally, after drying, crushing, sieving, and other processes, the powder containing functional Monacolin K in red yeast rice.
