Main Production Process: Organic Solvent Extraction Method
The organic solvent extraction method is one of the most commonly used methods for extracting soy isoflavones. The process mainly includes:
Crushing: The soybean raw materials (such as soybean flour or soybean meal) are crushed.
Extraction: The soybean powder is soaked or refluxed with an organic solvent (such as ethanol).
Concentration and Filtration: The extract is concentrated and filtered to obtain a crude extract of soy isoflavones.
